What Does a Basic Service Entail?

Basic Service Explained

A basic service includes an oil and oil filter change. This is to ensure your engine is working effectively by keeping your vehicle’s engine lubricated and therefore reducing mechanical wear. Engine oil should be changed every 12 months or less on high mileage vehicles.

Oil filters require changing as they become clogged with debris over time. In order to ensure maximum efficiency, oil and oil filters should be changed at regular intervals.

• Windscreen wipers and washers

• Tyre tread and pressure check

• Exhaust mountings and general condition

 Fluids / Levels

 Check and advise on the following fluid levels:

• Antifreeze

• Power steering fluid

• Windscreen washer fluid

• Brake fluid
