What does a full service include?

Our full service includes a thorough check of engine, steering and suspension components. We will replace your oil and fuel filters and spark plugs (where applicable). In addition, our servicing quotations are inclusive of VAT and labour.

How long has MendMyCar been trading?

MendMyCar has been trading since early 2006 however we are a sister company of Beeches Recovery who has been established since 1979!

I run a business, are you VAT registered?

MendMyCar is a VAT registered business. This means that we legitimately charge VAT on our services. Should your business be VAT registered, you can reclaim the VAT element from our invoice. VAT invoices are raised for all customers.

How much does collection and delivery cost?

Please contact us for a quotation for vehicle collection and delivery.  For fleet customers we offer collection and delivery as part of our fleet packages.

Why should I use MendMyCar over my usual garage?

The vehicle maintenance and repair industry has a rather poor reputation for bad customer service and extortionate pricing. Unfortunately, the actions of a few have repercussions for other service providers. We feel that our high levels of customer service and reasonable pricing are the most important factors for us when running our business.

Our prices are competitive and the amount of repeat business we enjoy is testament to what our customers think of our services.

MendMyCar is proud to be an RAC approved repair centre.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards or cash. In addition, we can accept credit/debit card payments over the telephone meaning that you do not need to make arrangements to come to us to collect your car. We can organise a delivery service minimising disruption for you.

How can I be guaranteed that you are fitting new parts to my car?

We can produce your old parts upon request and show you how/why they were defective and why they needed changing.  Moreover, we use nationwide motor factors, suppliers and manufacturers of high quality and durable parts.  Parts come with a 12 month guarantee as a minimum and our labour is also guaranteed for 12 months.
